If you are having difficulty coping with the many challenges that life presents us with, I can help you. My areas of focus includes: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, anger mgt, stress mgt, addictions, relationships, infidelity, parenting. I hold the belief that every person and couple is capable of positive change and has the ability to move through emotional pain. I can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and partner to learn new coping strategies and deal with painful issues. I have extensive experience helping people of all sexual orientations, ages and cultural backgrounds.Regarding couple therapy, often times couples have patterns of interacting and communicating with one another that can cause distress. It can be very hard to talk directly about these issues without a neutral third party. I can teach you to talk to each other about painful issues, recognize dysfunctional patterns in your relationship and practice communication skills to improve your understanding of each other. I am a Level 2 Gottman Trained couples therapist and have advanced training in treating Trauma and Affairs. I am committed to helping you live a happier, healthier and more meaningful life. My style is warm, open, honest, collaborative, interactive and non-judgmental.
