Besides providing direct psychotherapy for more than 20 years, Iris also came from a managerial background as the clinical supervisor, clinical director and executive director for non-profit organizations. Iris had supervised pre-licensed psychologist, pre-licensed social workers and marriage & family interns; served as the field instructor for MFT practicum students from different graduate schools in southern California.
