Practice Description
I recognize that life and relationships can be complex and I have a passion for helping those who wish to ‘hang on’ to what is working in their relationships while developing new skills to successfully maneuver through the various challenges and transitions life can present. I have a special interest in working with those who have experienced, or are anticipating, grief and loss in their lives. My clients can feel respected while I work with them collaboratively in developing and progressing towards personal and family goals which can lead to greater life satisfaction and enduring relationships. I have been seeing clients since 2009, and have received additional training in couple's therapy techniques through the Gottman Institute.
