Entering therapy is an act of self care that takes courage. Because life gets busy it can become so easy to overlook ourselves and our relationships. Taking a person-centered approach, I view therapy as an opportunity to take pause and honor who we are and how we got here. I encourage clients to dig deep into what it means to be happy, content, and fulfilled. This process is as much about the questions as it is the answers.

I provide individual, family, and couples therapy to those facing a variety of emotional, relationship, mental health, and adjustment challenges. These issues may be impacting work, socialization, learning, or emotional health. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.

I use a systemic and strengths-based approach to connect with each individual, couple, and family beyond just "the problems" that have led them to treatment. I believe in resilience. So go ahead and ask yourself: "What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
