Michele Blair is a Marriage Family Therapist and Licensed Educational Psychologist practicing in Long Beach and Laguna Beach, California. She has over 25 years experience working with kids, adults and families. She uses a pragmatic approach to help clients asses strengths and identify what stops them from getting what they want.
Michele creates a space where clients get to see themselves, who they really are. They discover and accept their strengths and weakness and learn to work with them. Uncovering hidden beliefs, along with acknowledging and expressing emotions, allows clients to make plans, take action and reach their goals. Satisfaction and fulfillment are the result.

Parenting Skills: Parents discover and change core beliefs so they can set consistent, appropriate limits for kids.
Children and Adolescents: Educational advocacy (IEP and SST attendance) and behavior management plans are provided.
Evaluation: Testing for Attention Deficit Disorders and learning disabilities is available for all ages.
Stress Reduction: Meditation and relaxation techniques are used so clients receive maximum value from the counseling process.
