As a trained family therapist,I work with families couples, and individuals from a family systems perspective.My areas of expertise includes work with: adolescents,traditional and nontraditional families,intermarriage and fertility issues,relationship problems, affairs, remarried and step parenting issues,divorce and gender issues. I also have special expertise with families involved in family businesses and families coping with illness/and or life cycle events.I have extensive experience in working with chronic medical (especially heart) and psychiatric illness. I also teach and provide private supervision and consultation to therapists and agencies in the New York metropolitan area.
I am an approved AAMFT supervisor.
