I enjoy working collaboratively with families, couples, and individually with adults and teens. My professional practice includes working with depression, anxiety, communication skills, emotional connections, stage of life concerns, and coping skills for stress at school, home or work. I believe therapy is a place to develop and achieve goals and remind ourselves of our strengths.

As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that all parts of a person's life (community, family, spiritual, health etc.) influence and interact and it is important to look at the whole to strengthen these areas to help move forward and heal.
