Practice Description

The decision to begin therapy can be an emotional one. I am sensitive to the concerns people have about therapy and provide a non-intimidating, supportive and empowering environment for self-exploration and change. I encourage my clients to become active participants in their own lives and to create opportunities for themselves that lead to life enhancing change. Therapy is a challenging but rewarding process and we can work together toward positive outcomes.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist for the past 18 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, couples and families. The therapeutic techniques that I use are solution focused. My areas of a clinical focus include: relationship and marital therapy, couples communication, childhood issues, child-parent issues.
