I have a passion for working with young girls, teenagers, and women going through transitions in life that can be challenging. I have experience working with couples, families and children dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce & school issues, and women's health and sexual issues. I have been trained in play therapy and TF-CBT extensively as well. I identify as Christian but open to all perspectives and world views.

I'm also an approved AAMFT supervisor and love doing supervision with therapists of all developmental levels. I'm primarily experiential in orientation but am familiar with all models.
