Practice Description

Relationships are difficult. Though we receive messages through the media, family and friends that suggest that relationships are easy, good relationships require work on the part of the members.

I work primarily with couples and families in both English and Spanish. During the course of therapy, I support couples and families in identifying and modify the habits and patterns that have resulted in pursuing support.

I also work with individuals. In this work I support clients in focusing on their ability to make changes in their own behaviors and patterns. I contend that making changes in ones own patterns will invariably change the couple or family unit.
