Working with a therapist can help provide insight, support, and new strategies for all types of life challenges. Therapy can help address many types of issues including depression, anxiety, conflict, grief, stress management, body-image issues, and general life transitions. Therapy is right for anyone who is interested in getting the most out of their life by taking responsibility, creating greater self-awareness, and working towards change in their lives.
I have experience working with a number of different populations including children, teens, families, adults, senior citizens, parents, couples, GLBT individuals, and people of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
My goal is to provide all clients with a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental setting where concerns can be explored and addressed. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, and other issues. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to the needs of each client.
