Practice Description

Psychotherapy is never an orderly exercise in looking at depression or self esteem or anger. As families or individuals,we are always impacted by multiple streams of influence; spiritual, biological, social. I have worked in inpatient setting with acute problems of adolescent acting out, adult substance abuse and serious and persistent mental illnesses. I now focus on outpatient care with those experiencing emotional problems with living whether they come from marital conflict or unresolved childhood issues. My theory of practice is distinctly spiritual in origin and seeks to strengthen the awareness and clarity of Self. Phase of life issues from adolescense to retiring, strengthening marriages or parenting and survivors of imperfect parents are some special interest of mine.
