I'm passionate about helping people live more fulfilling lives. Relationships are the key. I really enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families find new ways to cope, connect, and live more satisfying lives.

I believe that therapy is collaborative process between the client and the therapist which assists in resolving client's specific needs and concerns, and enriches the overall quality of the client's life beyond just problem solving.

I believe that in therapy recognizing that our past is always a part of our present, helps us to understand how our earliest relationships and experiences have shaped our present selves, and most importantly, how to use this awareness to avoid repeating unhealthy patterns which undermine our ability to live happy, full lives.
