Practice Description
Difficulties occur when we lack the skills to get what we want in life. Therapy is an opportunity for you to gain the tools and insight needed to get more of what you desire in life and relationships. I meet with individuals, couples, and families to explore patterns of behavior and create the clarity you need to move in the direction that you choose, at a speed that is comfortable for you.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with relationships, transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, or the experience of trauma.
My theoretical basis is cognitive-behavior therapy within the context of systems therapy. I have additional training in communications, parenting, NLP, and the use of mindfulness.
