"My clients are usually dealing with challenges keeping them from moving forward and getting what they want, experiencing joy, and living a fulfilling life. I believe we all get stuck from time to time and require a little extra support and often need to learn some additional tools to better manage the ups and downs of life. My style is compassionate, heart centered and non judgmental. Having worked for many years in the corporate fashion world and having an MBA, I also do great work with assisting clients find the right balance between life, work and home.
I empower you to live your best life. The work I do is a mix between coaching, psychotherapy and spiritual growth. I use my intuition to find the right modality for each individual, couple or family, depending on what is presenting itself in each moment.
I also have a Master's in Spiritual Psychology and a coaching degree. This training allows us to look at what may be happening on a deeper level, what lessons we may be here to learn, and how we sometimes repeat patterns until we become aware and choose differently. "
