Practice Description

I enjoy working with individuals who need support around particular issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, inter-personal difficulties and career transitions. I work with families in the areas of conflict resolution, communication and parenting. I provide services for couples related to pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling and navigating issues surrounding divorce decisions. I also work with children and pre-teens with learning to manage stress and building self-esteem.

One area of special focus is helping clients find balance in their lives around areas of work, leisure, spirituality and self-care. I lead several groups including one for persons who want to stop the cycle of emotional eating, a women's process group and a co-ed group for persons committed to bringing more balance in areas of food and exercise.

Please check with the office manager (770-458-8711, Ext. 210) for coverage benefits and limitations. In my private practice at the Midtown / Buckhead location, I provide a statment of services for filing insurance claims, but do not participate in any managed care programs.
