My combined training in the following modalities helps define the scope of treatment and treatment issues I address in my practice: Initial training as a pastoral Counselor (spiritual and core belief issues); Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in New Mexico and Delaware; Certified EMDR Level II practitioner (in-depth treatment of anxiety and PTSD); Certified Professional Coach; Certified Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (useful in marital work and career counseling); Provider of mediation services; Certified provider of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
As a student of the psychology of Carl G. Jung, I love working with archetypes and dreams. I have taught graduate level courses in the Psychology of Women and the Psychology of Men.
My recently published book, Soft Skills for Tough Issues: Fostering Communication in the Workplace, offers practical information to help managers and employees, as well as individuals in their work and private lives.
