As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I possess the qualifications and experience to assist you in identifying your goals and managing difficult life events. My experience working with adults, adolescents, and children has allowed for an understanding of various presenting issues and feelings, while providing the psychotherapy services required for each individual, couple, family or group. Through listening, exploring and processing, I have been successful in helping individuals manage depression and anxiety, overcome grief and loss, manage addiction, increase self-esteem, and develop the communication and behavioral skills necessary to achieve their goals and improve their relationships. Many of us struggle with feelings of sadness, anger, stress and worry. We have difficulty relating to our partner, spouse or children and feel alone when we need someone to talk to. It would be my goal for us to work together and help you overcome these experiences. I have a vast experience in family systems treatment and have worked extensively with children and parents who face the many challenges of raising youth in a fast-paced, ever-evolving society. I have worked closely with Schools and their respective Districts to ensure quality coordination of care for families.
