Practice Description

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I strongly believe that since relationships are so central in our lives, they are often at the heart of any problem or dysfunction that we experience. I specialize in working with couples in areas of communication, infidelity, divorce and separation. I also specialize in working with blended families as well as helping couples and families adjust to any stressors or changes in their lives. I also work with parents on issues related to parenting as well as co-parenting in cases where parents may be separated. I also have a great deal of experience in working with adolescents to help them manage depression or anxiety or to simply help them to manage the stressors of adolescence, as this is often a very complicated time for most. Additionally, I do work with individuals who are looking to address issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment or who may just need some support during stressful times. I strongly believe that finding a therapist that is a good fit for you personally will likely dictate the success that you will have during the therapy process.
