Practice Description

By training, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages. I specialize in working with couples, young adults who are launching into their own life, childhood trauma, and relationships involving narcissism. I work as a coach to help facilitate your growth and your unique process. I utilize a number of theoretical positions and clinical techniques, such as Adlerian, Humanistic, Experiential, Cognitive-Behavioral, Lifespan Integration, and Emotionally Focused. I believe that humans strive to live in health, joy, and balance. While we strive for these states of being, we do not always feel like we are moving in the "right" direction. I hope to help you understand how you are moving in the world and give you tools that will help you achieve your goals. I practice in a way that is open-minded, non-judgmental, and non-pathological. I am immensely privileged to walk along side you as you make your way through challenging moments.
