I work with a wide range of people dealing with many types of issues, but the main focus of my practice is on relationship issues, work-life balance, and life transitions. I also have extensive experience helping people with depression and anxiety. I primarily work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families.

As a therapist with a colloborative approach, I rely on your needs and goals to guide therapy. I spend time building a relationship with you to help determine goals and develop a positive, nurturing connection. I work from a systemic perspective, meaning I take into consideration the many different relationships and contexts that you live within. Everyone has strengths, and I help you to discover yours and how to use them to solve problems.
