I strive to create an environment of safety and grace in which individuals, couples and families can heal and grow. I help my clients build healthy connections with safe and healthy people, develop habits of self-care, and find meaning and fulfillment in their relationships and their work. My practice is informed by a family systems orientation, by the concepts and practices of 12 Step programs, and by a deep respect for the spiritual lives of my clients. In my work with couples I emphasize the communications and listening skills needed to create "big enough" relationships.
