San Diego Institute for Couples and Families specializes in working with couples and families. We have extensive ongoing training in couples therapy which includes but is not limited to premarital, marital, sex therapy, families and step families. According to Consumer Reports the one therapy that fails the most is couples counseling and it is because most therapists have not even taken a course in working with couples. We continue to train our staff and individual therapists in working with couples. We are also trained to work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, addictions, and many issues that individuals encounter. We are a Christian practice but also work with non-Christians.
