Practice Description

I assist individuals, couples and families as they work through challenges in their every day life. Sessions are positively focused, emphasizing looking at what is going well in their life and collaboratively developing ways of that occurring more often. Using solution-focused techniques along with family-of-origin exploration I assist my clients to develop strength from within and feel confident in using that strength.

I am a certified Facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich premarital preparation program helping couples to prepare for the married life and all that it entails.

I am trained as a neutral Communications Facilitator in the Collaborative Divorce process.

I welcome those who are experiencing any of the phases of the Marriage Life Cycle and the issues associated with it.

I will treat you with compassion, understanding and respect, knowing that asking for help is not an easy thing to do.
