With over fifteen years experience in the mental health field, I have been able to work with clients experiencing struggles in such areas as military deployment and lifestyle, child protection services from foster care through adoption, individual educational plans with behavioral components in grades preschool to graduation, and conflictual family relationships including blended families, divorce and sibling rivalry. My work in research of childhood behavioral disorders and family relationships, provides me with a unique perspective on working with children and families handling difficulties like ADHD, Oppositional Defiance, Aggression and Conduct Problems. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and complex relationship issues. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client and family system. With compassion and understanding, I work collaboratively with each individual and family system to help them build on their unique strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
