The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (“AAMFT”) is providing this TherapistLocator.net directory (“Directory”) as a benefit for members of the general public living in the United States, Canada and abroad. The only permitted use of this Directory is for the convenience of members of the public in obtaining quick access to information on marriage and family therapists for non-commercial and non-research purposes.

Use of any of the information obtained from this Directory to solicit members for research or to identify research subjects is prohibited. Use of any of the information contained in this Directory for commercial purposes, political purposes, or for solicitation of any kind is prohibited. This Directory may not be used to send emails to groups of members, and may not be used to send announcements, advertisements, or other solicitations. The Directory may not be used to establish independent data files, lists of members, or lists of contact information for members.

Use of any of the information obtained from this Directory to solicit marriage and family therapists listed in this Directory for marketing, sales or other commercial purposes is prohibited. If you wish to market your product or service to the members listed in this Directory, please call (800) 708-LIST to order an AAMFT mailing list.

TherapistLocator.net is a service mark of the AAMFT. Use of this service mark without the express written permission of AAMFT is prohibited.

AAMFT reserves the right to monitor all use of this Directory for compliance with the terms of use of this agreement, included the terms described above.  AAMFT shall block any person’s use of this Directory indefinitely should AAMFT determine, at our sole discretion, that the person is not complying with or is otherwise in violation of the terms described above. AAMFT reserves the right to change the terms of this disclaimer at any time.
